The process of restating the 2003 and prior financial statements of Virbac Corp. and the closure of the 2004 financial statements led to a delay in closing the Group's consolidated financial statements for the 2004 financial year. Due to this delay, the English version of the annual report only contains the management report, the financial report and the notes to the consolidated financial statements.
