  • Facilitate the resumption of work after a period of absence of more than 6 months 
  • ensuring equivalent access to vocational training for women and men 
  • awareness of our managers in the principles of non-discrimination 
  • process of identifying possible differences in earnings 
  • retention of salary during leave fatherhood 
  • Commission equal H/F which meets once a year

Highlight
In the week of professional equality, following a classification sought by the French Government on the feminization of its governing bodies, Virbac received October 17, 2013 the 4th Prize.
 
INTERGENERATIONAL AGREEMENT AT VIRBAC: AN AGREEMENT SIGNED IN 2013

  • the transmission of skills between generations
What are the specific commitments that we have taken?  
  • 10% of hirings for young people under 26 years old 
  • 3% of hirings for more than 50 years 
  • not fewer than 100 employees more than 55 years of 
  • partnerships with recruitment or outplacement firms specialized 
  • a specific accompaniment of the new youth hired 
  • actions to promote the improvement of (painfulness action plan working conditions (planning schedules and workstations...) 
  • an attractive the purposes of career development

What are the main lines of our agreement? 
  • Recruitment, integration, maintenance and training of persons in situation of disability
  • Communication & awareness of employees and managers
  • maintaining and development of subcontracting activities in partnership with the protected sector adapted.
What are the specific commitments that we have taken?
  • Bring our employment rate to 4.5%
  • Have an Ambassador for disability on each of our sites
  • Receive trainees in vocational retraining
  • Facilitate the continued employment of our employees with disabilities (financing skill assessments, training, post facilities...)
  • Facilitate administrative procedure of recognition and renewal of the disabled worker status
  • Establish new partnerships with companies adapted, those are specialized in recruitment and training structures.  
Highlight
Our company opens its doors to job seekers with disabilities to contribute to their retraining by offering them different formations.
